1. Eligibility for Refunds
To qualify for a refund, your item must meet all of the following:
The item was purchased from PrettyPalette.pk.
You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
You provide a proof of purchase such as your order number.
Note: For hygiene reasons, certain intimate products like bras and lingerie may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or the wrong item was sent. You must contact us with photos for review.
2. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:
Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
Include photos showing the issue and your order number.
Once approved, we will offer a refund or exchange at no extra cost to you.
3. How to Request a Refund
To start a refund:

Send your order number
Describe the reason for your request
Attach any relevant photos
We will review your request and reply with the next steps.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is approved and received:
We will process your refund to the original payment method.
Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Items Not Eligible for Refund
The following are generally not refundable:
Items returned after the allowed time frame
Items that are used, washed, or damaged by the customer
Products without original tags, packaging, or proof of purchase
Personal hygiene items (unless defective)
