1. Eligibility for Refunds

To qualify for a refund, your item must meet all of the following:

  • The item was purchased from PrettyPalette.pk.

  • You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • You provide a proof of purchase such as your order number.

Note: For hygiene reasons, certain intimate products like bras and lingerie may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or the wrong item was sent. You must contact us with photos for review.

2. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include photos showing the issue and your order number.

  3. Once approved, we will offer a refund or exchange at no extra cost to you.

3. How to Request a Refund

To start a refund:

  • Email us at support@prettypalette.pk

  • Send your order number

  • Describe the reason for your request

  • Attach any relevant photos

We will review your request and reply with the next steps.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved and received:

  • We will process your refund to the original payment method.

  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Items Not Eligible for Refund

The following are generally not refundable:

  • Items returned after the allowed time frame

  • Items that are used, washed, or damaged by the customer

  • Products without original tags, packaging, or proof of purchase

  • Personal hygiene items (unless defective)
